Susan has been my reliable go-to travel expert since I was fortunate to be introduced by a work colleague a few years ago.
She is very friendly, approachable and not only does she arrange and book everything from travel, car hire and hotels, she has a vast industry knowledge and contact book, and knows the best places to stay for your personal criteria.
I love the personal contact and the confidence from having someone I trust at the end of a phone, so much better than being stuck on hold to a faceless call centre.
My recent holiday had to sadly be postponed due to the pandemic, but throughout the process of managing to get it re-scheduled, I was very grateful that Susan kept me regularly updated and informed.
I look forward to booking lots more holidays with her in the future and recommending her wherever possible.
