Susan has been helping plan our holidays for many years and we are so appreciative to have created so many amazing memories.
Her extensive knowledge and travel experience always unearths something that we would never have thought of and she never fails to change a basic holiday into a dream experience by finding those special little extras within our budget.
After several wonderful cruises, we were looking for something a bit different and Susan really opened our eyes to an array of fantastic holiday experiences including Great Rail Journey’s breathtaking 'Glacier Express & St Moritz' tour with first class rail travel throughout and luxury hotels.
From the moment we set foot on the train in our hometown, everything was impeccably organised.
The trains in Switzerland were so clean, spacious and punctual - it was such a delightful way to travel. We will never forget the majestic view of the Matterhorn from our balcony and the stunning scenery throughout the tour.
Every part of the holiday was so perfect as Susan had paid great attention to detail including ensuring that food allergies were well catered for, another small touch for which we were very grateful.
We cannot praise Susan enough for her dedication.
