Susan was thankfully recommended by a colleague and has since masterminded several fantastic holidays for us.
She is so good at listening to your likes, dislikes and what you may want from an experience, creating something special and a little different, and often introducing elements that we had not even considered.
Her knowledge and enthusiasm are infectious and she always makes us feel valued and excited about our choices.
How about this for service? We are sat in our hotel in New Zealand enjoying a glass of red wine. Our next destination is Sydney and we discuss that it may be an adventure to go on an Aussie outback safari. A quick email to Susan back home and even before we had finished our glass of wine the whole thing had been taken care of. Totally painless and hassle free. Amazing.
