Designer Travel has picked up a prestigious award at the TTG Luxury Travel Awards 2024.
Our co-owners, Karen Pocock and Amanda Matthews, collected the trophy for Luxury Travel Homeworking Business of the Year (Large) during a glittering ceremony held at Raffles London at The OWO on 1 March.
Karen and Amanda said: "We were absolutely delighted to collect this award on behalf of our entire team who work tirelessly to deliver amazing holidays on a daily basis. This award is really special and we will share the accolade with everyone when we next met up collectively at our annual conference which is being held at IKOS Andalusia in April."
All entrants had to give a detailed entry submission covering a wide range of areas, such as operations, customer service, staff care, and innovation in product; as well as demonstrating their commitment to running a Smarter, Better, Fairer business. Entries were then judged by panels of industry experts.
The TTG Luxury Travel Awards judges said: "Designer Travel is a people-focused and highly passionate business that is doing all the right things, in an exceptional way. The ongoing growth of the business under Amanda Matthews and Karen Pocock's leadership, and the sales success of its homeworkers, tell their own story.
