Ana has been a fabulous client for several years, whom I have booked a variety of trips for. Her family appreciate good facilities and particularly love the Middle East. A colleague had alerted me to a new Dubai resort that I thought would be perfect for their holiday last September...
We had been to Dubai several times previously and this time were looking to stay somewhere different and suitable for our son too, who would be celebrating his sixth birthday during the trip.
Susan highly recommended Caesars Resort, a sparkling new hotel on Bluewaters Island, a suggestion that also received the thumbs up from a trusted colleague and appeared to have great reviews.
Confident that the resort looked beautiful and food options were great, we excitedly booked knowing it was going to be an amazing holiday.
We travelled on an overnight flight from Heathrow and had a smooth transfer directly to the hotel, which was impressive on first sight.
Our room felt luxurious and was extremely comfortable with outstanding attention to detail.
There was access to several different pools within the complex, from family ones to adult-only; each had been suitably cooled to provide welcome relief from the very hot climate and was reflective of how well everything had been thought through by the hotel.
The entertainment team was exceptional; someone from the team was always on hand, checking on the younger guests and would happily set up games for them and join in.
Food is very important to us and Caesars provided us with the choice and quality that surpassed our expectations.
Several restaurants were included in the half-board package, with exciting dining options plus excellent and varied kids menus available at all restaurants.
We had a wonderful family day trip to the water park at the Atlantis hotel to celebrate our son’s birthday preceded by the entertainment team having decorated our room with personal messages and balloons. He had birthday pancakes with a candle served by the staff at breakfast and on our return from Atlantis, he found a birthday chocolate cake in our room.
The team went out of their way to make it a very special day and a year later my son still says that it was the best day of his life!
My husband said: "I always think of things that could be better, but I really can't fault anything in this hotel", and that sums up our experience.
We were treated like royalty at Caesars and hope to come back soon.
